Giving Back
At the Calgary School of Languages, one of our fundamental values is to promote educational opportunities for students who may not have the financial means to afford our courses. In line with this commitment to community engagement, we have established the Languages Scholarship Program.
This initiative is designed to support talented students with exemplary academic achievements, enabling them to acquire additional skills and pave the way for a successful future.
We award two scholarships annually, and the evaluation criteria for applicants are as follows:
Proof of Outstanding Academic Record: Please submit copies only.
Proof of Canadian Residency or Citizenship: This document must be presented in person.
Authorization for Minors: A written and signed consent from the parent(s) or legal guardian(s) is required.
Proof of Low Income: Documentation from the student or their parents must be provided.
Personal Statement: A statement from the student outlining their suitability for the scholarship and the course they wish to pursue.
All applications will be reviewed by our Board of Directors.
Successful candidates will receive an acceptance letter detailing their selection for a specific course, the next steps, the duration of the scholarship, and the method of delivery.
Please note that the school will not provide books or other study materials.
